At Royal Herbs by Ayzah, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Hair Oil and Shampoo products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an incorrect item was sent by our team, we will provide a replacement.
To process a return or exchange request, customers may be asked to provide order details and photos of the product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Please Note: Results may vary from person to person depending on hair type and scalp condition. Therefore, refunds or returns cannot be accepted based solely on product performance or personal expectations.
